Around beginning of 2010, Mr Alexander Sivkov staying in Kazan, who has more than 35 years experience in the martial arts is gonna start to meet United World Haedong Kumdo Federation for training and spreading all over the country as well as I can expect him to work with many HK family internationally ,especially in EU HK Union
