많은 해동검도 관장들과 사범들이 주축이 되어
세계해동검도연합회 총재의 방문으로
미국해동검도협회가 창립된다.

이 시기에
해동검도 세미나 및 기타 행사들도 준비 예정이다.

The United States affiliate (name currently being registered) of the United World Haedong Kumdo Federation will soon be accepting applications for membership. Representative positions will also be available for qualified members.

Welcome to the official Haedong Kumdo US affiliate homepage. Please remember to save our page to your favorites and tell your friends and associates about us. Our organization will play an important role in the development and growth of the Korean sword art of Haedong Kumdo here in the United States. Our founder Kevin Case is a 5th Dan in theart of Tang Soo Do with over 30 years of Martial Arts experience and our training is endorsed by Grandmaster Jeong Seong Kim of Busan Korea. Grandmaster Kim is the Choong Jae of the United World Haedong Kumdo Federation and will serve as Technical Advisory Chairman and certify all Dan ranking for the Haedong Kumdo US affiliate.

We are seeking sincere instructors and masters to assist with the growth of this beautiful sword art here in the US. Our goal is to bring the art, history and philosophy to the growing community of martial artists hungry for new material to learn and to teach. We rely on the unified efforts of the best dedicated instructors around the United States to help bring the benifits of Haedong Kumdo training to their communities.

This homepage is devoted to providing an overview of Haedong Kumdo philosophy and purpose. It will explain the benefits of membership and details on basic and advanced training as well as events available to our members. Currently we have 2008 seminars planned for Richmond, VA in March and South Florida in May. We are also arrange for clinincs and seminars in our members communities as well.

We invite you to join our organization and enjoy the many benifits of membership. Applications will be available in January 2008.
